How a check-up visit works in Istanbul

I take the check-up myself and walk through the whole clinic route — from registration to the final consultation. This is what the support I organize looks like in practice.

step 01 Arrival at the clinic

How we will work together

It starts with a short message. From there I help map the route, choose the clinic, and organize the trip.

  • You get in touch

    Briefly describe the situation and send any documents you have. Text or voice message both work.

  • I find the options

    I suggest a clinic, a doctor and timing. If needed, I arrange a second opinion.

  • I organize your arrival

    I meet you at the airport and check you into a hotel near the clinic. Documents for the appointment are prepared in advance.

  • I help you settle in

    I handle the everyday: SIM card, bank, food and medication delivery when you don't have the energy to go out.

  • I accompany you at the clinic

    I translate at consultations and procedures. I make sure you understand what's happening and what the doctor decides.

  • After the procedure

    IV drips and a nurse at home, follow-up tests and visits. I help with the discharge and the trip home.

How I differ from agencies and clinics

This is not a comparison of treatment quality. The doctor and the clinic are responsible for the medicine. The difference is in who helps the patient through the organizational path around the treatment.

Is it true the service is free? What's the catch?

There is no catch. Clinics pay coordinators for bringing patients and taking the organizational load off the doctors. The clinic price for the patient does not change — it would be the same if you came without me. The only difference is that without me no one accompanies you.
