Privacy policy

I treat patient data as a medical confidence. This page describes what data is collected when you contact me, how it is used, and how you can have it deleted.

What data I collect

When you contact me on WhatsApp, Telegram or by email, I receive: your name, contact details (phone number, email), a description of your medical situation and, at your discretion, medical documents (reports, test results). If you arrive via UTM-tagged links or an external website, the site may add a technical source label to the first message. The site does not use tracking cookies and does not share personal data with third-party advertising networks.

How the data is used

Only to coordinate your treatment: choosing a clinic and a doctor, scheduling consultations, arranging translation, logistics and accompaniment. I do not pass your data to third parties other than the clinics and doctors you decide to engage with directly.

Where and how long the data is stored

Conversations are stored in messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram) and in my work mailbox. Medical documents are kept in secure storage accessible only to me. On request, all conversations and documents can be deleted at any time.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. EU patients have the rights granted by GDPR. Patients from other jurisdictions have the rights granted by the applicable local data protection law.

Privacy contact

If you have any questions about your personal data, please contact the medical coordinator on WhatsApp or by email — the details are listed in the contacts section.
