Privacy policy
I receive medical and contact details only to help organize communication with a clinic in Turkey. This page explains what data may be sent to the coordinator, why it is needed, and how you can request deletion.
Who processes the data
NainaMed is the website of a personal medical coordinator in Istanbul. The coordinator is not a clinic, doctor or emergency service. Data you send via WhatsApp, Telegram or email is used for organizational support and communication with the medical professionals you choose to engage with.
What data I collect
When you contact me, I may receive your name, phone number, email, message text, description of the medical situation, preferred travel dates, communication language, and documents you choose to send: discharge summaries, test results, scans, photos or clinic invoices. Please do not send unnecessary data if it is not needed for the initial request.
How the data is used
The data is used only to respond to your request and organize the route: understand which clinic or doctor profile may be relevant, send materials to the selected clinic or doctor, arrange a consultation, translation, schedule, practical logistics and follow-up communication. The data is not used for advertising newsletters and is not shared with advertising networks.
Legal basis
Ordinary contact and organizational data is processed to answer your request and take the steps you ask me to take before booking or travel. Medical documents and health-related information are processed only because you send them to the coordinator for a specific purpose: to pass them to a doctor or clinic and receive an organizational response. You may withdraw consent for further processing, but this does not affect actions already taken or records the clinic must keep under its own rules.
Who may receive the data
At your request, data may be shared with clinics, doctors, international patient departments, translators or logistics partners if they are needed for the route. Communication uses external services: WhatsApp, Telegram and email. The website is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. I do not sell personal data and do not share it with third-party advertising networks.
Where and how long the data is stored
Conversations are stored in the communication channels used — WhatsApp, Telegram and work email. Medical documents may be kept in the coordinator's protected work storage with limited access. Materials are stored while a response, support, follow-up communication or protection of legitimate interests is needed. On request, data is deleted unless there is a required reason to keep it longer.
Cookies and technical attribution
The site does not use cookies, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. If you arrive through a UTM-tagged link or an external site, a technical source label may be temporarily stored in your browser's localStorage for up to 90 days. It is used only to add the source to the first WhatsApp or email message and understand where the request came from. You can clear localStorage in your browser settings or open the site in private mode.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent for further processing of medical materials. If GDPR, KVKK or another local data protection law applies to your case, you may also exercise the rights provided by that law and lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
Privacy contact
If you have questions about your personal data or want to request deletion of materials, please contact the medical coordinator on WhatsApp or by email — the details are listed in the contacts section.
